A review on " The Phoenix "
The phoenix was writtenby silvia towsend warner in 1940. Silvia Warner was a british novelist and poet, she was born in december 1893 and died in may 1978. The story is principally set in Polderos wizard wonderland, after the WWI.
The story is about a man called Lord Strawbery, that was a man who think that the Phoenix really existed and he traveled long distances to find it. He was a month serching for it until he find it in India. As lodr Strawbery was so interest in birds he got his own aviary where he include the Phoenix. After slme days the Phoenix arrived to Polderos wizard wonderland where the rest of the story is set.
The plot is full of action and fantasy, and the two main characters are brilliant. The Phoenix is a quiet bird and also rare on the other hand Poldero is sensational and grotuesque and machiavelliau. Eventhow the Phoenix is a quiet and rae bird it was planning siently his revange on Poldero.
To conclude my book review I would said that it is a very interesting book to read if you are board and you want to readanything.
