What happened ?

it Was April 25 1986, Chernobyl (Ukraine)

It was a normal 25 of april until the Chernobyl nuclear center exploited and left 500 died at the time of the explosion and also a very, very toxic cloud in all Europe.

How did it happened ?

Boris Stoliarchuk was working as normally. They ( center engineers )  were in an electric drill and they start sending more and more electricity to the water bulb to prove how many pressure it resisted and the central machine exploded of the water pressure. And this wasn't the worst part, the worst part when it liberated a toxic cloud made from uranium oxide, boron carbide, oxide of europium, alloys of zirconium and expelled graphite that affected all europe and ten years later people are steal dying of lungs problems caused by the toxic cloud that was created in the ukrainian city of chernobyl.

Interview:

Me: Hello, what happened that tragic day?

Him: I was cooking when I saw my sister and son coughing and a big toxic cloud.

Me: oh, what a pity did they survive?

Him: yes, but i have to spend 3 months with them at the hospital.

Me: did you suffer any lung problems?

Him: no, because i ran with them to the hospital and closeD the windows

Me: was this the most catastrophic fact you live?

Him: yes, and i don't suffer lung problems but i suffer emotional ones.

Me: so, thank you. See you later.

Katomba's Myth

Katomba was son of the great god Zeus. He was the god of the seas. He always helped mortals to make their lives with the seas easier and rarely got angry with them, he was one of the kindest gods ever. He loved his job, as everyone in the Olympus did. Everyone except for his brother, Poseidon. Poseidon was the god of the wind, but for him, this job was very unexciting and difficult. He wanted to be the god of the seas since he was young, but Katomba already was.
He thought of many ways to steal Katomba's job, but all his plans were useless. But one day he thought of a great game to fool his brother, this plan could never fail.

One day Katomba was very cheerful and wanted to found a god to play with. And on top of a cloud, Poseidon his brother, was also searching for someone to play with. In that moment he heard “Poseidon, Poseidon! Let's play a game”.
He went down and found Katomba that was waiting for him. In that moment poseidon said "We will play the trunk game", that consisted on getting into a trunk that Poseidon made. The objective was to resist as much time as it could to win the game.But what Katomba and the other gods didn't know was that the Winner would change powers with the Looser. When it finished Poseidon won and Katomba lost, the eldest brother said “Now you are the wind god and I am the ocean god!!!! Thank you for playing my beautiful game, brother".

Katomba was furious. He was fooled by his own brother, but soon he had an idea: his father could return him to his beautiful, sunny coasts. He thought it was going to be very easy to convince him, but it wasn´t. Apparently, his oldest brother, Poseidon, was better than him making waves and pushing boats, and that was what make Zeus don´t allow Katomba return to his old job. But finally he makes a decision he make his son the God of a powder that was spread in the center of the Pangea. This giant piece of land, as many people know nowadays, started to divide throughout the years and this light-brown powder was spread in some of the coast of what now are continents. Letting Katomba be near his brother , the seas, with the shape of “Sand”.

El Huevo Flotante

Hicimos un experimento para comprobar la salinidad del mar muerto y los resultados fueron facinantes, logramos que un huevo flotara.

1. Llenamos una jarra con agua
2. Poner el huevo en la jarra
3. Agregamos sal hasta que el huevo empezo a subir
4. Una vez que subio tubimos que tratar que el huevo bajar
5. Para lograr que el huevo baje tubimos que agregar soluto (agua)
6. Haci logramos que el huevo bajara.

Sindrome Uremico Hemolitico un tema crudo

La actualida cientifica de este mes se vasa en un echo que dio lugar en la ultima semana la muerte de dos chicos por S.U.H uno del irlandes. Les dejo una nota del tema. Realizada por el hospital garrahan.


SINDROME UREMICO HEMOLITICO TRATAMIENTO DE LA GLOMERULOPATIA SECUNDARIA

Resumen La insuficiencia renal crónica es la complicación más grave del síndrome urémico hemolítico (SUH).
En el año 1996 se publicó la secuencia histológica de su evolución en pacientes con períodos oligoanúricos prolongados. En los últimos años se han propuesto diferentes esquemas terapéuticos para enlentecer la evolución a la insuficiencia renal crónica terminal en distintas nefropatías, diabéticas y no diabé- ticas, cuya expresión puede comenzar aun en la adolescencia. En este trabajo se comenta la respuesta a dos esquemas terapéuticos de dos grupos de pacientes con SUH que presentaron proteinuria con o sin hipertensión arterial e insuficiencia renal. Se enfatiza la indicación de la dieta hiposódica y controlada en proteínas en el mismo momento del alta del paciente y la incorporación de un inhibidor de la enzima de conversión de angiotensina II, iECA, (enalapril) al comienzo de la aparición de la proteinuria.
Palabras claves: síndrome urémico hemolítico, insuficiencia renal crónica, proteinuria, tratamiento, iECA.

The Fox and the Stork

The Fox and the Stork                                                                          

Once upon  time there was a little fox who was called Willy. He was the fastest and most dangerous fox in the west California. One Day he was walking to find a lake, he was really thirsty. When he arrived to it he saw a stork, a white and lovely stork.
Its name was Florinda. She thought that Willy would her if she run, but not. Willy was there just to drink some water. When Florinda realized that Willy was there for it, she felt very good. Willy was a known dangerous fox. But it was as lovely and friendly as Florinda.
They talked and made good friends. They went for a walk, knowing more about each other. They spent all the day together, they were really good friends.

Before they went to willy's house they started to play a very funny game. It was very difficult but was entertaining too. One of them had to hide and the other had to find him. After playing a long time they decide to do something else . A game where they had to touch the other and when it touch him, he had to touch his partner; and this was repeated through all the game. After playing for 4 hours, they started to talk again for a long time and they decide that they could be very good friend-brothers. After that they decided to go to Willy's house.

When they start walking (or flying in the case of the stork) the fox showted:
Not so fast! 
And the stork asked “Where do you live? Do you live  in a zoo?”
No, I live in a little and pretty cave that you will see when we arrived. 
The stork anxious, asked: have you got any brother or sister?
the fox answer “No, I only have a mother that go to the sahara to be part of a zoo.
The fox said :" look that is the  cave run, run, run, that we're almost there.”
Hurry up william I think I left the oven open!!

So, when they arrived the fox realised he was wrong. So, Willy turned on the hot fire and started cooking the soup in a saucepan. The stork sat on one side of a rock that the fox used as a big table. When the meal was ready, the fox served it in bowls and started to eat. Although the stork tried many times to drink the soup, her peak didn't allow her so finally she throw the soup away and stood up of her seat. The fox who was slowly enjoying his food jumped frightened and bumped his head with the cave´s hard roof made of stone.






The next morning as a way of revenge, the stork invited the fox to drink something to her house and so they can spend time for a while. The stork only have bottles to drink, so the fox couldn't drink there.She served some water waiting for the fox to drink and a very hot piece of meat. The fox bite the food and practically his mouth turned on i fire, again after many tries the fox couldn't drink his drink of the long, thin and uncomfortable bottle. It was definitely a special model for this types of birds.
“Ok, ok, I understand”
So the stork, understanding everything, served the water in a big bowl.

Moral:
Don´t do to others what you don't like them to do to you.

¿ Qué y para qué las TIC en el Colegio ?

Un dia normal de una vida que parecia ser normal

Un buen dia hace no tanto tiempo se puso una piedra que hoy en dia seguimos luchando para sacar o no incrementar su tamaño; esta es la historia de un chico llamado Martín que es uno de los que ya esta ayudando a correrla. Esta es mi historia.

Un 16 de septiembre de 2001 nací ya con el instinto de la conservación del medio ambiente. Creci aprendiendo que el mundo y la vida eran una sola y habia que aprovecharla y vivirla a pleno . Un dia de clase normal y corriente de una semana normal y corriente, hasta que pase por la casa de un amigo para llevarlo al colegio  cuando vi que desde la ultima vez que habia ido habian aumentado su consumo de recursos mucho casi en un 17%. Yo le pregunte a sus padres y a el en auto de camino al colegio ¿ ustedes saben que el incremento en el consumo de recursos en su casa genera un impacto ambiental enorme; Esto provoca un gran riesgo de extinción en muchos seres vivos que comparten la ciudad con nosotros aunque no los consideremos muy importantes. Si seguimos  aumentando el consumo mucha biodiversidad desaparesera y el ambiente se contaminara y hara que todos los seres vivos que habiten en el moriran. Cuando llegamos al colegio la directora anuncion por microfono que tendriamos una materia nueva llamada Cs. Naturales y yo dije "a esta profesora la conozco"

Creative writing task

I heard a bump, I felt unconcious; some time passed by when I got up I feel strange fealing. It was like it was on four legs; it was as if I were a horse. I start walking normaly, I didn't realizedthat I was a horse until I saw a mirror and I saw myselfe,in my interior I was traing to say "how ugly I look like a horse"; when a squiere tooked me to a barnyard with more horses dressed with black red and green tunics , I saw that two servants were taking out of the barnyard horses, one with a black tunic and the other with a dark blue tunic, I saw that humans were climbing on them and they were going to face each other  and I could heard that the presentor said :" this will be the joust for the 3rd and 4th place fram the tournament and the next match will be the final between the hampshire mauler and Sir. Robert". I turn around and when I turn around to see who was the winner I saw the Black soldier won the third place so I supposed I was going to play the final. When the squire grabed me from my reind and I took me to the one we got preppeared to do the joust. It was in that momente when I heard Max's voice and I supposed he was climbing on my back and I snorted...

Fin de la vida Comienzo de la Civilización

Esta carta a inspirado en mi una nueva manera de ver el mundo (sus ciudades, sus biomas, sus habitantes y las ciencias enseñadas en este)
Me ha sorprendido que una persona tan simple aya podido expresa tan amplio pensamiento y demostración del afecto al medio ambiente que los rodeaba y que ahora formaria parte de una futufa reserva y parte de la avanzante civilización.

Dear Sir/Madam,
                                          My name is Juan Fernandez (Bigfoot), in this letter I would like to inform you that during the play, a group of kids were talking and laughing and I could not listen the film.

I would suggest you that do not let them enter to the the cinema, because they want to eat so they wanted time passes talking and laughing. And I would also suggest you that if you let them enter to the cinema force them to be separated, one in each corner and one in the center; and if they want to talk and laugh tell them that they have to wait until the film end.
                                       Please, answer in these days because I will go again in a few days so I want to enjoy the film.

Expanción de CO 2

En la Noticia leída extraida del diario Clarin habla sobre el aumento masivo de dióxido de carbono por que en las últimas dos décadas aumento en un 30% . Cada año hay 102 millones de personas afectadas por inundaciones, y 175 millones de personas damnificadas por desastres naturales derivados del cambio climático. En esta noticia tambien dice que las aulas en argentina ya estan concientisando sobre el cuidado del ambiente y como ayudar para cuidarlo y que tambien lleguen a las escuelas mas pobres del paises e incluso a otros paises latinoamericanos.

"Problemas Ambientales de origen social":El caso de las islas Maldivas

Hicimos una carta de auxilio para consientisar sobre el calentamiento global en las islas maldivas que estan a punto de hundirse de no ser por la barrera de coral que las rodea.

Querida Tia Florinda,
                                         Te escribo para saber como anda el clima y como este afecta al Calentamiento Global. Por que acá (en las islas Maldivas) el estado del Calentamiento Global esta increyendo muchisímo y estamos a un grado de quedar abajo del agua completamente y entonses el estado estado esta haciendo un fondo soberano para poder realizar una isla artificial en la cual solo entrara la mirad de los que somos hoy en la isla; mi familia esta ya esta buscando un lugar donde mudarme serca tuyo en esa ciudad tan bella como Munich en Alemania

Descripción de un Personajes

El personaje que elegí yo es el frío kid. El de muchas maneras la primera es en la carrera de caballos versus Mc laine;como este le  gana este se enoja y la primera acción es intentar matar a Mc laine y luego a Rosita su pretendiente;luego de esto el dice "...tomare venganza Mc laine y te matare...",cosa que no hace por que Rosita hablo bien de el.
                                                     
                                                     En el libro no hay mucha descripción física ni psicológica pero yo me lo imagino grande y morrudo.
                   
                                                     Yo opino que su comportamiento fue muy violento al principio y luego al final cuando escucha a Rosita hablar bien de el no mata a Mc laine y le perdona la vida.
